  • Employed Individual
  • Payslips
    3 months - Basic/ fixed paid
    6 months - Basic + commission + allowance
  • Updated EPF Statement
  • Personal Bank's statements - bank transaction history and bank account holder information
  • EA Form
  • Company Letter/ Confirmation Letter (if employment history less than a year)
  • Self Employed Individual
  • Business Registration
    ** Sole proprietor - Identifications of the sole proprietor/partners, Form A, Form D
    ** SDN BHD- M&A, Form 9, Form 49, Form 24, Form 44, Form 32A
  • 6 months Company Bank's Statements
  • Latest 2 years form B/BE with tax receipt
  • Optional Documents
  • Proof of Wealth: fixed deposit, unit trust, share, ETC
  • Company audited account
  • Working Visa/ Permit
  • Tenancy agreement with 3 months bank statements to proof rental credited in

3. PROPERTY DOCUMENTS:

  • Vendor/ New Sales & Purchase Agreement (relevant pages)
  • Title
    ** either one as above mentioned to show the property/ title details
  • Booking Receipt

 

4. REFINANCING :

  • Loan Statements (6 months) / Proof Of Payment
