Vince Chia first embarked on a sales journey in the mortgage financing industry at the age of 23. The first outsource company he joint was One Stop Mortgage Sdn Bhd which at the time was mainly working for OCBC and AIA house loans. Due to limitation on the banks panel, in the year 2008, he decided to join Mortgage Broker Sdn Bhd, a premier outsourcing brokerage group recognized as the largest mortgage brokerage company in Malaysia, as a junior team leader. Vince started building his mortgage team with 1 sales consultant. In less than one year he was leading a group of 10 sales consultants, directly under his supervision, and contributing to the Group loan production with RM15 to RM20 million sales to all the panel banks. In 2012 he has been promoted Mortgage Broker Sdn Bhd Sales Director and since then he has been in charge of all the proposed products such as: mortgage loans, personal loans, credit cards and mortgage assurance.
